SID MASHBURN is a nationally-recognized apparel retail and design company based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Specializing in custom fit and made-to-measure suits, SID MASHBURN has gained notoriety as a top brand and has been featured in publications such as Vogue, GQ, The Wall Street Journal, and many more.

Challenge

SID MASHBURN was widely known for their in-store customization services and tailoring. With online shopping becoming more prevalent with each year, SID MASHBURN wanted to open up a channel that allowed their clients to get the same high-end tailored suits and expert customer service through an e-commerce experience. This new sales channel would also allow them to branch out and reach new clients in areas where a physical store may not be accessible.

Solution

SID MASHBURN partnered with Weidenhammer to develop a new online Made-to-Measurement program. This new program allows customers to self-serve at their convenience and create their very own made-to-measure tailored men’s shirts and suits. Customers also have the option to receive virtual assistance from SID MASHBURN associates if they desire, giving them a unique hands-on customer service experience.

To develop the custom product configurator, we used the Magento platform which allows customers to digitally interface and order custom men’s apparel online. The new cohesive, omnichannel experience allows customers to get the same high-quality experience as they would in a brick-and-mortar store.
